Dress Up Your LBD With New Fall Jewelry

First, let’s start with some great new “little black dresses.”  I found two at Kohl’s as part of designer Catherine Malandrino’s limited-edition collection for Kohl’s DesigNation program. Following Narciso Rodriguez and Derek Lam, Malandrino is the third designer Kohl’s has tapped to create a travel-inspired capsule line.  The French-born designer, who has dressed such celebrities as Madonna, Sarah Jessica Parker and Rihanna, returns home with her 80-piece, Parisian-themed collection ($30-$130).  Catherine Malandrino presented her first collection in 1998 and is now internationally renowned for blending the energy of Manhattan with the elegance of Paris.

Channeling the romance of Paris, Catherine Malandrino has created a limited-edition collection for Kohl’s that promises the poetry of the City of Light in a wearable collection of stunning blazers, skirts, dresses and more. Through her limited-time collection, Malandrino brings the romance of the City of Light to everyday life.
·    Tour Eiffel Embroidered Dress in Black – $78
·    Front Snap Dress in Black – $78

I found two other great black dresses at Dillard’s Chesterfield by Calvin Klein.  The first has the look of a trench with a faux leather lapel for $118, and the second is a mixed material dress with faux leather on top and lace on the bottom for $138.

All of these dresses are the perfect canvas for the hottest fall jewelry trends.  There are four must-have jewelry pieces for fall:
·    Chandelier earrings
·    Snake cocktail ring
·    Lacy cuff
·    Jeweled bib necklace

Statement necklaces overall are very hot for fall.  In addition to bib necklaces, other trends are rosettes and collar styles, all of which I featured today on KTVI Channel 2 News at 11 a.m.
